Stems.run provides audio processing services that extract vocals from audio files. We use GPU-accelerated machine learning models to perform stem separation.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have the rights to process any audio files you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws.
• You agree not to upload malicious files or attempt to abuse the service.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes.

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when processing audio files. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. File Storage

Processed files are stored temporarily and will expire after a set period. We are not responsible for files that expire before download. Upload files are deleted after processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stems.run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
