1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stems.run, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Stems.run provides audio processing services that extract vocals from audio files. We use GPU-accelerated machine learning models to perform stem separation.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must own or have the rights to process any audio files you upload.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws.
• You agree not to upload malicious files or attempt to abuse the service.
• You must not use the service for illegal purposes.

4. License to Process Content

You retain full ownership of all audio files you upload. By using Stems.run, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing the stem separation service. This license terminates when your files are deleted from our systems.

5. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when processing audio files. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

Merchant of Record: All payments are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar handles billing, invoicing, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your payment relationship is with Polar, and invoices will be issued by them.

Refund Policy: All subscription purchases are final. No refunds will be issued once a subscription is activated. If you experience technical issues preventing service use, please contact support.

6. File Storage

Uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. Processed outputs are available for download for 30 days before automatic deletion. We are not responsible for files that are deleted after these periods. Please download your processed files within the 30-day window.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stems.run is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Stems.run shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Karnataka, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
